Sandy Carbajal, MSN, APRN, FNP-C. is a bilingual board-certified family nurse practitioner practicing at Galaxy Pediatrics, which has locations in Red Oak and Plano, Texas.

Sandy graduated with a Bachelor’s in Nursing from the University of Texas at Arlington in 2015. Her nursing journey began at Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas and later extended to pediatric home health. With a passion for pediatrics, she has dedicated 9 years to caring for young patients at Scottish Rite Hospital for Children and Children’s Medical Center in Dallas, specializing in inpatient units and pre/post-surgical care.

As an experienced family nurse practitioner (FNP), she possesses the skills to diagnose illnesses, deliver treatments, prescribe medications, and offer patient education. She is dedicated to providing top-quality care for her patients and their families by adjusting her communication approach to ensure comfort throughout all life stages.

Sandy, along with her husband, has 5 children aged between 7 and 23. She loves quality time with her family and exploring new places. One of her dreams is to travel to Spain.
